FULL DAY SESSION *Recommended*

During this full-day, 8 hours, onsite experience, 2 of the ULC Leadership Consultants will engage with your leadership team, at your campus. The ULC Leadership Consultant(s) will take your leadership team on an in-depth, deep-dive understanding of the topic of your choice. Your team will come away understanding the best practices that have been successfully utilized and a comprehensive plan to implement them over a 6 to 12-month plan. Your ULC  consultants will gather information regarding your specific needs, consult with the ULC Leadership Team following the full-day meeting, then develop a strategic plan for how to utilize the skills your team learned. Your ULC Leadership Consultants will follow up with your team during a free 1-hour Zoom call to discuss how you can best implement the plan specifically designed for your needs. 

 

TIME INVESTMENT:

Total time investment: 10-12 hours

8 hours onsite

2-3 hours developing your customized plan

1 hour follow up

 

COST:

Two consultants $1680* 

 

*Plus all costs for travel if not local to Arizona
