Each session is spaced throughout the year, allowing time for implementation and growth. Weekly check-ins are scheduled between sessions to ensure accountability and provide ongoing support.

As a collaborative experience, the Accelerator brings together several congregational teams to form one dynamic cohort. Team leaders—often lead pastors—are encouraged to bring 3-5 ministry leaders to maximize the impact of this hands-on learning opportunity.

Between sessions, our Accelerator faculty will stay connected with your team to offer guidance, inspiration, and encouragement, helping you stay on track to achieve your goals.

The Leadership Development Accelerator is designed to help churches identify areas where they may be stuck and provide actionable strategies to develop high-potential leaders. By focusing on proven leadership development strategies and processes, your team will learn how to create and refine models that build a culture of leadership and result in Kingdom expansion.

ACCELERATOR - Leadership Development Agenda
Leadership Development Accelerator hosted in Gilbert Arizona. In this year-long 3-session cohort, your team will be introduced to the Church Engagement Model with hyper-focus on GROW and MULTIPLY. Each session takes place at three different times throughout the year in Gilbert AZ, with scheduled 6-week check-ins for accountability. The team leader (often the lead pastor) brings two to four ministry leaders to participate in this collaborative learning experience. Your team joins several other congregational teams as one cohort. Between each session, the Accelerator faculty will check in with your team to promote accountability and provide inspiration and encouragement. The cost for this year-long cohort experience for a team of three is $8100. Additional team members can be added at $2700 per guest with a max of 6 per team.​
